Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 218(FIN) An Act relating to the crimes of murder, manslaughter, and criminally negligent homicide; relating to homicides of children; and relating to the crime of interference with custody of a child or incompetent person was adopted and read the second time. Senators Duncan, Lincoln, Parnell, Kelly, Pearce, Sharp, Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
